Cancellation policy
Cancellation and reimbursement
Any cancellation request must be sent in writing (by mail or by email), cancelling a registration will be made according to the following conditions:
- Cancellation up to 31 working days prior to the first day of the Event: a full refund minus an administrative charge of 50 € will be issued
- Cancellation within 30 and 15 working days prior to the first day of the Event: a full refund minus an administrative charge of 100 € will be issued
- Cancellation less than 15 working days prior to the first day of the Event: no refund will be issued, except in case of force majeure or other event beyond the control of
